Born and raised in East Preston, Nova Scotia Charnell Colley is a dedicated and passionate community leader. Currently she is employed as the Executive Director of Boys & Girls Club of Preston. With a heart full of compassion, Charnell has made it her mission to make a positive impact on the lives of families, children and youth in her community. As a mother of two and a loving grandmother, she understands the importance of nurturing and guiding the next generation to reach their full potential. Charnell's commitment to her community extends beyond her professional life. She is actively involved with the Mass Choir in her church and currently serves as Board Chair for the East Preston Recreation Association. Charnell is a giving, supportive and positive friend to many but her heart for service extends beyond her close circle of friends. She is always giving of her time to help or assist others in any way possible whether it be planning baby showers, birthday parties, weddings or being Head Server for many events in the community. Outside of her professional life and community involvement, Charnell enjoys spending quality time with her two children Senai and Brielle and doting on her beautiful granddaughter Suray.
