Dena Williams

Dena is a multifaceted and multi-disciplinary individual who is passionate about championing the Gospel through community impact initiatives, entrepreneurship and ministry. She is a creative industry professional and entrepreneur who aims to be a Bearer of Light in all contexts she works within. She is a descendant of historic Black Nova Scotian communities such as East Preston, North Preston, Africville, Inglewood and Weymouth Falls. Dena has been making waves in the music and creative arts industry in Nova Scotia since 2019, and since then has curated a number of events such as business launches, festivals, concerts, virtual performances, and other arts-centric events. Since her return from exploring the industry in the United States, Dena is ready to enter into a new phase of her career, as she rebrands and relaunches her business, Vitamin DEE. She is excited to branch out by expressing more of her gifts and talents that she believes are borrowed from Heaven to use for the betterment of others on earth and establish God’s Kingdom through the creative industry and entrepreneurship. Dena has a drive and passion to see more for her community and strives to help usher her community into God’s best for them through her various ventures.
