Shania is from Oklahoma City and is one of a sibling pair that have gained national attention for making education history. At just 16 years of age, she is currently the youngest teacher in the United States and the youngest MBA candidate in Oklahoma. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Langston University and associates degrees from Langston and Oklahoma City Community College.
